Onsite English workshops target the specific language challenges and needs of your company so results are measurable. We research your company and conduct a needs assessment in consultation with management in order to customize workshops to meet your company’s communication needs. We will go out of our way to understand the culture of your company, the language barriers you are experiencing, and the specific language aptitudes you wish to see improved in your English as a second language (ESL) workers.

The needs assessment includes a list of 40 plus language aptitudes. Management checks off specific language aptitudes for us to focus on and may also have us address additional language difficulties. We use this research to customize language workshops to meet your company’s needs (examples are on the back).
